MIRC is a program used to connect to irc servers where we chat. It can be downloaded from http://www.mirc.co.uk, or for those who don't know much about computers, we recommend you download a pre setup copy from us by click here.
Once downloaded run the file (called mirc.exe) and the unzip button. Once it has finished close the program. On your desktop there should now be a new icon saying MIRC (#radcliffe chat). If you cannot find the icon the program can be reached by going to My Computer, C:, MIRC and running the program MIRC.exe. Click on this to run. Now a box should pop up, filling your details and press connect.Within a few seconds it should connect to the chat room and open a window to type in. If you need any more help, try the website version of the chat room or email mirc.help@pobice.co.uk
If you download mirc from some where else you can connect to the chat room by typing /server irc.webchat.org and then once connected type /join #radcliffe.
