Search Rants

With the little upgrade of the rant system, I'd thought I'd make the search system a tad more powerful. So you can now search for Author and search the contents of the rants for a keyword or phrase. You can still search the title of the rant as well. I might expand it in the future to make it a little more power, as will as improving the output of the search rant contents option.
