After a lot of pestering from the Businessman about there being no new WOW awards I decided to write another one as I had already thought up a new Website to give an award to and Just had not been bothered to write the report up yet. To anyone who thinks this is a monthly column they are wrong - it is called WEBSITE OF THE WHENEVER after all. WOW No. 2: Official Blur Website - www.blur.co.uk

With the release of their new album the Blur website final got the upheaval it needed and what a difference it has made. The website now is a very good looking one with lots of graphics on it, which unfortunately can some times make it a bit on the slow side, although this is often due to your connection not the website it self.

The site is now packed full of information including a news section covering all up coming release, All planed gigs and various other things like TV appearances. Another good thing about the site is that it includes lots of 1 min or so video and sound clips from a lot of blur's release even the Britpop bit the want to forget. What impressed me most was the fact that they have had to live gigs been able to be downloaded and played from their site already this year, although they are only available for a certain amount of time. If you like Blur or haven't heard there new material yet its a definitely a site you should visit - PTG 26/04/1999
